Why this exists
Every meeting is a chance to leave someone better than you found them.
I almost didn't come back after my first Toastmasters meeting.
One person changed that.
They welcomed me. Used my name. Introduced me around. Helped me feel like I belonged before I had earned anything.
Creative Club Lab exists because every leader deserves simple tools to create meetings people can't wait to return to.

Problem
Guests were curious but nervous. A full meeting felt like a big commitment, so most never walked through the door.
Experiment
We launched Table Topics Tuesdays: a two hour weekly night built entirely around impromptu speaking. Nothing to prepare, no roles to learn, just show up and try one answer.
Result
Twenty to thirty people came out most weeks, and the night became our strongest feeder into the club. New members joined every month, almost all of them first met on a Table Topics Tuesday.
Lesson
Lower the barrier, make it fun, and confidence follows. People join the room where they already had a good time.
