Question Before Agenda™
Warm the room and prime creativity before business begins.

Lead the room like a keynote speaker. Creative Club Lab helps leaders design gatherings people remember, one small experiment at a time, with Dai Manuel, DTM.

Why this exists
I almost didn't come back after my first Toastmasters meeting.
One person changed that.
They welcomed me. Used my name. Introduced me around. Helped me feel like I belonged before I had earned anything.
Creative Club Lab exists because every leader deserves simple tools to create meetings people can't wait to return to.

Three ways to start
Pick the one that fits the next twenty minutes of your day.

Featured club
Guests were curious but nervous. A full meeting felt like a big commitment, so most never walked through the door.
We launched Table Topics Tuesdays: a two hour weekly night built entirely around impromptu speaking. Nothing to prepare, no roles to learn, just show up and try one answer.
Twenty to thirty people came out most weeks, and the night became our strongest feeder into the club. New members joined every month, almost all of them first met on a Table Topics Tuesday.
Lower the barrier, make it fun, and confidence follows. People join the room where they already had a good time.
Great meetings echo after they end.
The Toolbox
Printable canvases, worksheets, and playbooks. Free. Ready for Tuesday.
The Library
A curated shelf of 22 books, talks, and tools we actually use, each with a note on why it matters and how long it takes.
Delivery, presence, nerves, and voice. What happens in the room when it is your turn.
Story, structure, and slides. How an idea gets built so it survives the walk to the parking lot.
Running the room instead of performing at it. Workshops, breakouts, participation.
Gathering design and the human side. Why people come back, and why they do not.
Things you can open on a Tuesday: activity libraries, live polling, official club resources.
The lab
Warm the room and prime creativity before business begins.
Table Topics Tuesdays turned impromptu speaking into the easiest yes in town, and into the club's best feeder.
A single sentence. Said out loud. Watch what happens by week four.
Tiny change. Big ripple.
