• Open the Speaker PDF as the backupSame deck, same page order, in case PowerPoint misbehaves.
• Confirm 16:9 output with no letterboxingFull-bleed photo slides show the crop if the screen is set to 4:3.
• Turn on presenter view for the confidence monitorSpeaker notes live in the file, one cue per slide.
